Before you move on, take 30 seconds to note why this profile fits you. The story behind your label is often more interesting than the label itself.

Your path

Turn the lens around

You already know what agents can do. Your task is to turn the lens around. Paste the prompt below into whichever tool you use most, ideally one that has context on your work: a project folder, a long-running conversation, your documents.

Based on all of our recent work together, reflect back to me what you've noticed about how I use you. What have I asked you to do that I used to do myself? Where have I delegated judgment, not just labor? Where is this serving me well, and where might it not be? What could I be using you for that I'm not, given what you know about me? Please be specific and honest. Once you've answered, create a visual representation showing the themes and their impact.

  • If it comes back flattering or vague, push back and ask for honesty and specificity. Spend 20-30 minutes sitting with what it produces.
  • If your work spans multiple tools, run the prompt in the one with the deepest context, or run it twice and compare.

Reflection questions

Whichever path you took, jot down a few notes if it helps. There's no submit button. These are yours.

01

What surfaced for you as you did this?

What surprised you, bothered you, or stayed with you?

02

How do you imagine this reshaping the way people (especially young people) learn, work, live, and connect with each other?

What does that stir in you?

03

Where does this stop being a productivity story and start being a relational one?

What shifts when agents show up inside how we talk, decide, and care for each other?

Thank you for spending time with this.

The Rithm Project is building human connection in an age of AI, with young people leading the way. If this experience was useful, come explore what else we're working on.
